General conditions
- Arrival time between 3pm-10pm and the departure time 7 to 11 am.
- Self check-in or welcome by the host available.
- Optional end of stay cleaning fee.
- Booking deposit of 30%. The deposit is non refundable.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations or changes forfeit the full payment.
- Refunds only processed if under the current situation regarding Covid-19 we have to close the accommodation, for any other eventuality we recommend you take travel Insurance.
